Everything below covers how orders from disposablevapeshops.com get from our warehouse to your door — who we can ship to, what delivery costs, and the checks that happen along the way.
Adults only: 21+
Federal law treats vapor products as age-restricted goods, and so do we. Nobody under 21 may buy from this store. Completing checkout is your confirmation that both you and whoever accepts the delivery have reached their 21st birthday.
Delivery area
Orders ship from Kenner, Tennessee, and travel to US addresses only. International destinations are off the table, and that includes freight forwarders, remailers, and parcel-consolidation warehouses that relay packages abroad. A handful of states and localities bar vape deliveries entirely; when an address sits inside one of those zones, checkout blocks the sale, or — if a restriction surfaces after purchase — we reach out and cancel the affected items before anything leaves the building.
When orders go out
Fulfillment runs Monday through Friday, public holidays excepted. Anything ordered over a weekend or holiday enters the queue the following business day. Orders move out within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
Transit time
From the Kenner warehouse, the typical US package lands within a few business days of leaving us. Treat every arrival date as the carrier's estimate rather than a promise — storms, distance, and network backlogs all push dates around.
What delivery costs
Spend more than $80 (measured on the merchandise subtotal, before tax or fees) and delivery is free. At or under that mark, a modest flat rate appears at checkout for you to review before paying. Note that if items are later refunded or removed and the subtotal drops under the threshold, the free-delivery benefit can fall away and normal rates apply.
Automatic 10% savings at $150
Carts totaling $150 or above get 10% knocked off automatically — nothing to type in, no code to hunt for. You'll see the reduction before you commit to the purchase. As with free delivery, partial refunds or removed items that pull the subtotal under $150 can void the discount.
Paying for your order
Checkout takes secure card payment. Charges happen at the moment of purchase, and fulfillment begins after both the payment and the age check have cleared. Every accepted method is displayed on the checkout screen before you finalize anything.
Verification and legal compliance
Beyond the 21+ confirmation collected at checkout, some orders go through a secondary identity review before dispatch. Certain states and carriers additionally call for an adult signature at handoff — have someone 21 or older around to sign if your delivery falls under that rule.
Our fulfillment follows the federal PACT Act plus each state's own vapor rules. In practice that means: age is confirmed before any sale, only carriers authorized for vapor products handle our parcels, shipment records are kept for the legally required period, and no package is sent into a jurisdiction that forbids vape delivery. Restricted addresses are declined at checkout, before any charge occurs.
Getting the address right
Review your street, unit, and apartment details carefully before submitting. Losses and delays that trace back to a wrong or incomplete address are the customer's responsibility, not ours. Spot a mistake after ordering? Email right away — corrections are possible up until the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Returned, refused, and failed deliveries
When a delivery fails — nobody 21+ present for a required signature, a bad address, or an outright refusal — the carrier runs its own retry-and-hold process and may eventually route the parcel back to Kenner. Should it come back to us, we'll get in touch to set up a reshipment or otherwise settle the order.
Following your package
A tracking number goes out once your order is on its way. Give the carrier a little time after that — tracking pages only refresh as each scan happens en route.
